It is a fine balance we all have to draw between risk management and client service. Whilst perhaps delivering the negative news of notice for a client you can give the client a positive way of resolving their problem - through the use of independent specialist advisers and brokers that will do everything in their power to sort the client's re-finance out, quickly and effectively.
