Now whilst clearly we cannot read a client's mind, and whilst we can't guarantee it won't happen we will always try to minimise any surprises that materialise.

In general terms unless time is against us in the transaction we will usually :

• receive a sole mandate from the client
• produce a summary credit document for your immediate perusal
• An application form geared towards cash flow finance.
