What can lenders expect from us?

Our overriding objective is to put facilities together that work - for you and for our client.

We will always aim to get all the information from our clients up front as far as we are able so that you can make an informed credit decision quickly and effectively. Now whilst clearly we cannot read a client's mind, and whilst we can't guarantee it won't happen we will always try to minimise any surprises that materialise.

In general terms unless time is against us in the transaction we will usually :

  • receive a sole mandate from the client
  • produce a summary credit document for your immediate perusal
  • An application form geared towards cash flow finance.
We want to build a strong reputation that is both professional and ethical - so that everyone wins, you the lender, our clients and their advisers and ultimately us.
