What does our advice cost? |
By using technology cleverly we minimise costs all round, and provided we obtain a sole mandate from your client instructing us to go into the marketplace on their behalf, we can rely solely upon the remuneration (in the form of brokerage) paid to us, providing our expertise at NO COST to you and your client (subject to terms and conditions).
We use technology to service our clients nationally - through the use of video conferencing through such technologies as Skype, Yahoo Messenger and Windows Live Messenger (if you are unsure about these technologies don't worry we will help you work with them). Alternatively we have meeting software we can use if your firewall will allow connection to it.
There may be rare circumstances where we might need to get very heavily involved in a transaction - eg If your client has been rejected by numerous lenders requiring us to get more heavily involved in transactions through for example undertaking some extensive due diligence - e.g. a formal analysis of the invoicing systems, historical analysis of ageing etc - we are happy to do so - however we will negotiate appropriate charges with your client. In these circumstances, which are a rarity rather than the norm, any fee structure will ALWAYS be agreed with up front - and we will ensure the majority of any costs are performance oriented - because we recognise its results that count - and we put will put most of our money where our mouth is.
