Cash Stream Financial is a privately owned commercial finance adviser and brokerage specialising in factoring and inventory finance - i.e. working capital finance. We are headquartered in Sydney and are a founding member of the Cash Stream Financial network .

The Managing Partner of Cash Stream Financial is Tim Lea, an MBA graduate and almost 20 years experience in factoring and inventory finance markets both in the Australian market and overseas, working internationally within HSBC (Griffin Factors), Lloyds TSB Banking Group (International Factors) in the UK and ORIX Cashflow finance and GE Commercial Finance (Asset Based Lending)here in Australia. In the UK we raised almost $250m in cash flow finance as finance brokers specialising in factoring, invoice discounting and inventory finance.
Book on Factoring & Invoice Discounting Tim Lea is also co-author of the book - a guide to factoring and invoice discounting; The New Bankers - a book about factoring that was written in plain English for business people - and not a technical finance book for accountants and lawyers - after all we want to talk the language our clients understand.
Our overall experience provides strong benefits to our clients as we have seen almost all different types of factoring transaction structure - both good, bad and indifferent and have had to structure some difficult deals quickly and effectively.
