We work with technology in clever ways to minimise the costs of raising factoring and inventory finance. We use it to service clients nationally - through the use of video conferencing through such technologies as Skype, Yahoo Messenger and Windows Live Messenger (if you are unsure about these technologies don't worry we will help you work with them). Alternatively we have meeting software we can use if your firewall will allow connection to it.
By using technology we minimise costs all round, and provided we obtain a sole mandate from you instructing us to go into the factoring and inventory finance marketplace on your behalf, we can rely upon the remuneration (in the form of brokerage) paid to us by the factoring and inventory finance companies.
Under certain circumstances, where a transaction is very difficult, we may charge advisory fees for our services but these are ALWAS success oriented. We put our money where our mouths are. We may charge a nominal commitment fee (which, subject to terms and conditions, is fully refundable (less direct expenses) in the case we are not successful in raising formal offers of factoring and inventory finance for you) and a success fee usually expressed as a % of the funds raised in a formal offer of finance (usually between 1%-2%). If we are unsuccessful in generating formal offers no fees are charged. Any fee structure is ALWAYS be agreed with you up front in wiritng.
