In general terms the facility is open to most Australian Pty Ltd's who have the following profile:

• Clean credit - company and directors/significant shareholders.
• Profitable track record in business
• Track record of successful, profitable installations and a history of solar rebates.

• Having a minimum funding requirement of $200k and a maximum requirement of $4m

The credit criteria of the lending panel are different for each member of the panel (some do not fund in WA for example), so please get in touch with us to see if you are suitable.

Please Note; most lenders will usually support clients with the above profile WITHOUT real estate security. In some cases lenders (generally smaller transactions with weaker credit) property security may be required.

If the facility is something you are interested in it can be turned around in as little as 1 week (most are 2-3 weeks) from the submission of financial information.
